Job Description
Comfort Keepers provides in-home care that makes a difference in the lives of seniors and other adults. Since 2003 clients and their families have entrusted their care to us in local communities.
We are currently seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team! This position requires some background in working with seniors.
Client Care Coordinator
Position Summary
The Client Care Coordinator serves as the primary connection between clients, families, referral partners, and Comfort Keepers. This role is responsible for coordinating client care services, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with care delivery, and supporting business growth through community outreach and referral development. The position plays a vital role in delivering a high-quality client experience while promoting the company’s mission of “elevating the human spirit.”
Compensation & Benefits
$24–$27 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current clients, assessing needs and coordinating appropriate care services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners.
Conduct client assessments, reassessments, and quality assurance visits to ensure client satisfaction and continuity of care.
Coordinate communication between clients, caregivers, office staff, and clinical team members to support effective service delivery.
Assist with scheduling coordination to ensure caregiver qualifications and availability align with client needs.
Support business development efforts through networking, community events, and relationship-building with hospitals, case managers, and referral partners.
Document client information and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a platinum-level customer experience.
Participate in on-call rotation and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in healthcare, home care, customer service, or community relations preferred.
Proficiency with scheduling and documentation systems preferred.
Work Relationships
This position works closely with office staff, caregivers, clients and families, healthcare providers, hospitals, insurance companies, and community organizations to ensure exceptional care and service delivery.
