Caregiver (Med Tech Preferred) – Senior Living and Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized care and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being

- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Administer medications and treatments as directed (Med Tech certification preferred)

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

- Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families

- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progress

- Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a secure environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Certified Med Tech or significant experience as a caregiver (preferred)

- Prior experience in senior care or healthcare setting is highly desirable

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively during the 3 to 11 shift

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of safety procedures and health regulations in senior care
