Job Description
Build What Powers the Future of Flight, Defense, and Space
We are seeking a Senior CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer with advanced Siemens NX (Unigraphics) CAM programming experience to support complex aerospace manufacturing programs. This role focuses on 3‑axis, 4‑axis, and 5‑axis CNC programming, machining strategy, and process engineering for tight‑tolerance aerospace components.
This position requires the ability to reliably commute to the work location. Relocation assistance is not available.
Why This Role Matters
This is a true engineering ownership position—not a support role. You will define how complex aerospace components are manufactured from concept through production, directly influencing quality, efficiency, and manufacturability.

You don’t just edit programs—you build them from scratch
You understand machining behavior, not just toolpaths
You thrive solving real problems on the shop floor
You’ve worked in high-precision or aerospace environments

Develop 3‑axis, 4‑axis, and 5‑axis CNC programs using Siemens NX (Unigraphics)
Create toolpaths, machining strategies, and optimized cutting parameters
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
Select tooling, determine speeds/feeds, and define machining processes
Support simulation, prove‑outs, and troubleshooting on the shop floor
Improve cycle times, machining efficiency, and process reliability
Create setup sheets, documentation, and process instructions
Support AS9100 aerospace quality and manufacturing standards
Requirements
5+ years of CNC programming experience (3‑axis minimum)
Strong proficiency with Siemens NX / Unigraphics
Ability to build programs from scratch
Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials
Solid GD&T and blueprint reading skills
