This role sits at the intersection of wealth management, client experience, and internal product strategy, supporting advisors in delivering comprehensive financial solutions. You will contribute directly to enhancing planning capabilities, family office services, performance reporting, and the integration of new advisory offices. The position is highly collaborative, working across advisors, leadership teams, technology partners, and external vendors to strengthen service delivery and operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in shaping and implementing scalable solutions that improve the overall client journey. This is an opportunity to influence both day-to-day advisory support and long-term strategic initiatives within a modern wealth management organization.
In this role, you will support wealth management operations and advisory teams by enhancing service delivery, managing solutions, and driving cross-functional initiatives that improve client outcomes.
- Oversee product and vendor management activities for wealth solutions, including research, evaluation, and ongoing relationship management.
- Support family office services initiatives and collaborate with advisors on complex client needs, particularly for high-net-worth relationships.
- Partner with leadership, advisors, and project teams to improve service models, workflows, and overall client experience.
- Track key metrics, monitor operational performance, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Lead or contribute to project planning and execution for new initiatives, system enhancements, and office integrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
- Support financial planning-related initiatives and contribute to the development of scalable wealth solutions.
This position requires experience in wealth management, strong client advisory awareness, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the wealth management industry.
- Strong understanding of financial planning strategies and wealth advisory services.
- Experience in product management, vendor management, or client-facing wealth roles is highly valued.
- Familiarity with family office services and ultra-high-net-worth client environments is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused, and collaborative approach.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines.
- Technology-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with digital tools and platforms.
- Competitive compensation package ($85,000 – $150,000 depending on experience and location)
