This role offers the opportunity to shape scalable People Operations in a modern, technology-driven environment.
You will take ownership of critical employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding and offboarding to performance and benefits administration.
The position combines HR operations expertise with systems thinking, data management, compliance, and process improvement.
You will act as a Tier 2 support resource, resolving complex HR queries while delivering a high-quality employee experience.
A key focus will be identifying inefficient workflows and using automation and HR technology to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
You will work with stakeholders across the organization and handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

- Own the end-to-end execution of employee lifecycle processes, including global onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Serve as a Tier 2 support lead for complex HR operational queries, ensuring responsive and high-quality service delivery.
- Apply and reinforce company and regional HR policies while supporting consistent, compliant, and business-aligned processes.
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR platforms and systems, including HRIS, payroll, service management, and workflow tools.
- Manage digital HR filing structures to ensure information is organized, accessible, secure, and compliant.
- Use service request management tools to track HR workflows, monitor service levels, and ensure timely resolution of employee and stakeholder requests.
- Identify manual or inefficient HR processes and recommend or implement automation and workflow improvements.
- Build alignment with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation, influence, and relationship management.
- Conduct periodic HR compliance audits and apply knowledge of applicable local employment regulations to support legally sound processes.
- Use HR dashboards, reports, and key metrics to monitor trends, validate data integrity, identify risks, and inform operational decisions.
- Lead or contribute to small-scale process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and employee experience.
- Handle confidential employee and HR information with appropriate discretion and professionalism.
- Work independently on moderately complex assignments while escalating sensitive or highly complex matters when appropriate.
- 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a related People Operations function, preferably within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage moderately complex HR processes independently and with limited supervision.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, service delivery, and operational workflows.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot HR operational issues and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or improve existing processes.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset and natural curiosity about how HR processes connect to broader organizational objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence interacting with employees, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Strong judgment, diplomacy, and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters and confidential information.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, as well as strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable learning and working across multiple HR technology platforms and systems.
- Experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms is preferred; familiarity with Jira, ADP Workforce Now, Deel, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high data accuracy.
- Fluent English communication skills, as interviews and internal collaboration are primarily conducted in English.
