Associate Lease Specialist ICF in Islandia, New York at Insight Investments Corp

• Create client folders with company nomenclature
• Customer setup in systems
• Audit of signed commitment letters and ancillary documents, ensuring compliance with
  business operation policies
• Prepare an internal memo for each lease schedule, documenting credit requirements and
  required follow-up items
• Update internal logs regularly to keep track of volume and deal flow timelines
• Purchase Order placement with vendor partners
• Prepare UCC filings
• Obtain and maintain active insurance certificates
• Initiate check requests where applicable and engage with Accounts Payable ensuring
  payment disbursement
• Have a basic understanding of Insight’s system applications
• Assist the Lease Specialist with schedule documentation
• Assist the Lease Specialist with vendor onboarding including ACH detail
• Work on special projects as directed
• Miscellaneous duties to include: filing, promptly returning phone calls and emails,
  reconciliations

• Moderate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel
• Knowledge of Lease Wave, Share Point, and SSRS Reports is a plus
• Minimum High School Graduate or Equivalent

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with the
  ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working
  relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work
  autonomously or with a team
• Ability to exercise strict confidentiality
