Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise technology solutions centered around Microsoft products and emerging AI technologies. This role bridges business strategies with technical execution to improve business operations, collaboration, automation, data management, and decision-making across the organization.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies while also demonstrating a variety of experiences with other platforms is required.

While we primarily use Microsoft products we also believe in using the best product for a solution. An openness to evaluate all products, select the correct product, and learn and implement different products is required.

This position will be heavily involved in the firms AI initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, project teams, and infrastructure staff to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Microsoft Azure
  • SharePoint Online
  • SQL
  • API Integrations
• Experience with:
  • Azure Open AI Services
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Understanding of identity management, security, governance, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus but not required.

• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management and solution delivery experience.
• Develop technical roadmaps, solution diagrams, and system architecture documentation.
• Continuous learning mindset with a passion for emerging technologies.

Essential Duties

• Design and implement enterprise technology solutions that align with business objectives using Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, SQL, and SharePoint Online.
• Evaluate, learn, and implement other technology when needed.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives using Microsoft AI and other platforms.
• Ability to review tenant configurations and make recommendations for proper and secure operation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and compliance staff to ensure solutions meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed regarding emerging technologies, best practices, and Microsoft platform enhancements.

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000. This salary range is based on what Roux in good faith believes it might pay at the time of posting for this position and for this geographic location. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as relevant work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications, skill sets, and internal equity. In addition, this position is eligible for performance bonuses based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm.
