Production Support Associate- Packaging in Greenville, South Carolina at Human Technologies, Inc

HTI is hiring a Production Support Associate for Horizon Scientific Solutions in Summerville, SC. This is a hands-on role supporting daily manufacturing operations through material staging, packaging, and warehouse support.

• Uncrate and stage incoming products and materials for assembly
• Deliver materials to workstations and replenish supplies as needed
• Move products and materials between departments using pallet jacks and other equipment
• Package finished products using shrink wrap, protective materials, and pallets
• Inspect finished units for quality and accuracy before packaging
• Prepare finished products for shipment and organize staging areas
• Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory counts, labeling, and warehouse organization
• Operate pallet jacks and occasionally forklifts when certified and assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S standards
• Support production and warehouse teams with additional duties as needed

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or material handling experience
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
• Good communication skills and ability to work across departments
• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits
• Ability to pass required drug and background screenings

• Forklift certification or previous forklift experience
• Experience operating pallet jacks and moving materials
• Experience with material staging, inventory, or packaging
• Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly operations

This is an active manufacturing and warehouse environment that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials. Employees may work in areas with varying temperatures and are expected to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Overtime may be required based on production and shipping needs.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime: May be required based on business needs
Pay: $18-$20hr
