Job Description:
In this position, the individual performs administrative tasks of a complex scope in support of legal and contracting functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
is required.
- Prepares, reviews, revises, and formats formal documentation
- Manages formal document filing, routing, and retention processes
- Manages compliance with customer administrative procurement requirements, including online registration, qualification, and filing processes
- Arranges and coordinates multi-party meetings with international participants across time zones
- Arranges travel and prepares and processes expense reports
- Maintains and manages libraries of templates, document hyperlinks, and other tools and resources critical to the conduct of daily business in all parts of the world
- Assists with multiple administrative business processes in support of attorneys and contract managers globally
- Analyzes problems, determines an approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports and recommendations
- Communicates with internal and external customers
- Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties
- May act as an individual contributor in a team environment or may be solely responsible for supporting management personnel in daily administrative routines
- Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature

- Minimum 5 years of professional administrative experience
