Job Description
GA Foods is seeking to hire a Warehouse/Relief Driver for our Saint Louis location. The Warehouse Worker/Relief Driver will be responsible for performing warehouse and inventory control duties in a safe, efficient and accurate manner. This position will have to produce computer records, reports, bills as required. In addition, this role includes some route delivery driving as a Relief Route Driver on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities
- Pull orders from stock; Conduct physical product inventories
- Receive and inbound product/unload inbound product
- Ship outbound product/load outbound product
- Complete and maintain paperwork and records as required
- Input data into computer system and pull off bills, reports, other
- Drive straight trucks, vans and other company vehicles to deliver food products to customers
- Load vehicles with food product; Maintain vehicle records as required
- Maintain food safety and quality of deliveries
- Assist with sanitation and housekeeping of the facility
- Assist with production/packaging as needed
- Other duties assigned by management
Experience
- Pallet Jack experience
- Ability to maintain records
- Computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc).
- Driver Class E or better, Manual and Auto Transmission
- Ability to pass all required screening, including DOT physical, MVR, and other background requirements
- Prior experience utilizing Fleet/Routing (GPS) and e-signature (tablet) technologies preferred.

Work Environment
- Work is performed outdoors and inside a vehicle
- Regular exposure to various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow
- This position follows a standard weekly schedule, however, weekend work may be required based on business needs.
