What You'll Do:
As the Office Administrator – Recruiting Assistant, you will be the steady, behind-the-scenes engine that keeps the front office running smoothly and the recruiting process on track. Your daily work will include:
- Managing front office responsibilities with professionalism and a welcoming presence
- Supporting HR and Recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, tracking applicants, and coordinating onboarding
- Maintaining accurate and organized documentation, ensuring data is complete and secure
- Assisting with background checks, new hire paperwork, and HR process flows
- Helping streamline office procedures, contributing to a productive and structured environment
- Handling multiple time-sensitive projects with precision and calm focus

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- Microsoft Office: 2+ years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- 1-3 years of administrative, HR, or recruiting coordination experience preferred
- Must have a valid NC Driver's License
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using office technology and HR software
- Highly organized and deadline-driven
