Tunkhannock Auto Mart is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for working with customers to identify their vehicle needs, providing product knowledge, answering all questions and ensuring each customer has an outstanding car buying experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follows dealership sales process and complies with all ethical standards
• Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
• Explains in detail to customers all vehicle features
• Engages in business development
• Follows up with customers after sale to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience required, preferably in automotive
• Valid Driver's License
