Job Description
Infinisource Consulting Solutions
- Meet/coordinate with customer at Property Managment for US Coast Guard and logistic.
- Verifications by cage code/ Loan Updates For upcoming contract close-outs/For APO reconciliation process.
- Assist with updating work processes and procedures i.e., flow charts, power point slides.
- Schedule turn in appointment for property in possession, 1-2 days before contract end date.
- Coordinate return warehouse for processing. Includes providing instructions and shipping information.
- As applicable perform any sanitization of storage media or hard drives, remove hard drive of property items to be turned in for disposal to DLA-DS or other disposal sites, and prepare and sign document verifying sanitization of media.
- Responsible for efficiently preparing and completing all necessary disposal tags and documents to ensure timely disposal and avoid unnecessary delays.
- Provide shipment IDs for assets received (per Asset Visibility Report)
