In this entry-level role, you’ll receive hands-on experience with various equipment, participate in ongoing training, and work closely with experienced technicians as you develop your skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration equipment
• Assist technicians with troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Complete independent learning assignments and attend training classes (in-house and manufacturer-led)
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols
• Maintain clear communication with team members and office staff
• Keep a clean and organized work environment, including vehicle inventory and equipment

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
