Position Summary:
We are now looking for a Growth Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in optimizing our GTM strategy and ensuring that our sales teams operate with precision and efficiency. Your work will directly impact how we scale our sales processes, improve pipeline visibility, and align sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve WELL’s growth objectives.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience owning sales enablement processes in B2B SaaS environments. They will work closely with leadership to refine our sales processes, manage cross-functional GTM alignment, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
What you will be doing:
1. Revenue Growth and GTM Efficiency
- Design, implement, and refine sales workflows that empower our reps to sell more effectively across WELL’s diverse portfolio of healthcare solutions.
- Design and execute sales enablement programs to ensure reps are equipped to thoughtfully advise customers on how to use products from WELL’s suite to increase clinical efficiency and improve provider and patient experience.
- Continuously improve lead handoff, deal progression, and closing processes.
2. Cross-Functional GTM Alignment
- Act as the operational glue between sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure unified GTM execution.
- Facilitate regular GTM syncs to review progress, resolve bottlenecks, and recalibrate strategies.
- Ensure consistent execution of GTM motions aligned with key product launches and growth initiatives.
3. Data Integrity, Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure accurate, real-time visibility into sales pipeline and deal progression.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track GTM performance, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
- Surface actionable insights to optimize sales processes and identify growth opportunities.
You have:
- 3-5 years in revenue enablement and go-to-market operations, either at a scaling technology startup or in another fast-paced SaaS environment
- Nice to have: Strong knowledge of Canadian healthcare software familiarity with sales processes to clinics and/or doctors
- Track record of analyzing sales performance, identifying process gaps, and implementing solutions to improve revenue outcomes
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms with experience in customizing and maintaining deal workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines.
- Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
