Design Engineering Manager at Aldetec, Inc – Sacramento, California

Responsibilities & Duties

• Strong leadership of our Electrical, Mechanical and Systems Engineering staff
• Key participant in the evaluation of future technologies for product growth and creation
• Key technical interface to customers
• Technical specification, requirements development, verification/validation planning and test Engineering resource management
• Technical leadership and support for proposal preparation, evaluation and bid strategy
• Owner of the engineering processes and procedures
• Ensures engineering projects comply with UEC Quality standards and customer expectations

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 7 years demonstrated engineering leadership experience with proven track record in the areas of electromechanical control/power systems, and 3 years’ experience managing personnel
