Job Description
Must be friendly, have strong communication skills, and can establish an instant rapport with customers.
Specific Functions and Duties:
· Prepares drinks according to our recipes.
· Completes all assigned prep work.
· Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
· Cleans and sanitizes the work area before, during and after shift.
· Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Qualification Standards:
· Must be able to stay on his/her feet for shift.
· Lift moderately heavy loads like cases of beer or wine,
· Cutting fruit into slices to be used as garnishes.
· Understand alcohol safety procedures to prevent over-intoxication.
· Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
· Mobility required during the entire shift.
· Must be at least 21 years old.
· Previous Bartender experience is a must.
· Maintain good personal hygiene/uniform.
