Nurses on our unit are highly trained in telemetry, ensuring close monitoring and optimal patient outcomes. With a 4:1 patient ratio, we ensure manageable workloads, allowing for high-quality care and better patient interactions. Our unit thrives on strong interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with physicians, dialysis specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Nurse Director/charge nurse patients and families are provided competent holistic care based on nursing process.

EXPERIENCE: One year medical/surgical experience, telemetry/critical care preferred

SPECIAL SKILLS: Basic EKG

OTHER: Basic computer skills

LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Nursing, Preferred: Masters - Nursing
