What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues efficiently
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of household plumbing systems
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Recommend additional services, upgrades, or preventative solutions (e.g., tankless water heaters, water filtration systems, service plans)
• Educate customers on long-term plumbing health and cost-saving options
• Accurately prepare quotes and service invoices using company software
• Maintain a clean work area and company vehicle
• Attend ongoing training to stay sharp on technical skills and upselling techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential plumbing service

• Comfortable presenting upgrade options and service recommendations
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
