Manager, Key Accounts

We are looking for a Manager, Key Accounts, who is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with high-value clients across commercial and industrial sectors. This role ensures customer satisfaction, drives revenue growth, and aligns BrandSafways service offerings with client needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder with strong commercial acumen and deep industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and service excellence.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to grow revenue, improve margins, and expand service offerings.
  • Collaborate with operations, estimating, and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across BrandSafways portfolio (scaffolding, insulation, coatings, etc.).
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client developments to anticipate needs.
  • Support contract negotiations and renewals in coordination with legal and finance teams.

What you bring:

  • A bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a strong asset).
  • 5+ years of success in account management or business development, ideally within industrial services or construction environments.
  • A proven ability to grow and retain high-value, complex accounts while consistently driving revenue.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills that influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to client sites and regional offices as needed.
  • Industry knowledge in scaffolding, access solutions, insulation, or coatings is highly valued.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage pipelines and client relationships.
  • A strategic, customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering long-term value and partnership.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
