The Program Manager oversees end-to-end execution of complex healthcare and reimbursement programs while ensuring operational excellence and strong client satisfaction. You will lead cross-functional coordination, manage teams, and ensure service delivery aligns with strict compliance and quality standards. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational involvement in a fast-paced, client-facing setting. You will play a key part in improving program performance, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. - Oversee daily operations and ensure associates deliver high-quality customer service, accurate documentation, and effective follow-ups while meeting performance expectations.
- Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and support continuous capability development across staff members.
- Contribute to workforce planning by supporting scheduling decisions and recommending staffing adjustments to management.
- Lead and support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, including identifying operational gaps and implementing enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end program and project delivery, including reimbursement, compliance, clinical support, and education-based initiatives.
- Design, develop, and implement new programs, including defining protocols, allocating resources, and managing supporting databases.
- Track and evaluate project performance, produce reporting, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Engage directly with clients through meetings, updates, and ongoing communication to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Participate in recruitment processes and contribute to staffing strategies for program needs.
- Ensure reporting and escalation of all adverse events to the appropriate units or departments in compliance with regulations.
- University degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare-related industries, with exposure to client-facing environments.
- 2+ years of project or program management experience in complex operational settings.
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Experience in reimbursement programs, clinical support, or healthcare operations considered a strong asset.
- RN/RPN designation is an asset and may be required for specific programs.
- Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with data-driven reporting.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills in a client-focused environment.
