Accountabilities:

  • Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and support continuous capability development across staff members.
  • Contribute to workforce planning by supporting scheduling decisions and recommending staffing adjustments to management.
  • Lead and support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, including identifying operational gaps and implementing enhancements.
  • Manage end-to-end program and project delivery, including reimbursement, compliance, clinical support, and education-based initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and implement new programs, including defining protocols, allocating resources, and managing supporting databases.
  • Track and evaluate project performance, produce reporting, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Engage directly with clients through meetings, updates, and ongoing communication to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Participate in recruitment processes and contribute to staffing strategies for program needs.
  • Ensure reporting and escalation of all adverse events to the appropriate units or departments in compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare-related industries, with exposure to client-facing environments.
  • 2+ years of project or program management experience in complex operational settings.
  • 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
  • Experience in reimbursement programs, clinical support, or healthcare operations considered a strong asset.
  • RN/RPN designation is an asset and may be required for specific programs.
  • Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with data-driven reporting.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills in a client-focused environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and industry standards (CAD range provided in posting).
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Extensive wellness support including mental health resources, family-building benefits, and caregiver support.
  • Paid parental leave and flexible caregiver leave options.
  • Retirement savings plan and financial wellness programs.
  • Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance support.
  • Learning, training, and professional development programs.
  • Access to mentorship opportunities, employee resource groups, and volunteering initiatives.
