This senior executive role is designed for a commercially driven leader with deep expertise in the Entertainment industry and a strong understanding of how technology and AI are transforming audience engagement, content, and experiences. You will take full ownership of global revenue performance across media, streaming, gaming, live entertainment, sports, and related sectors. Operating at the intersection of strategy, sales, and industry leadership, you will shape go-to-market direction while building and expanding relationships with senior client stakeholders worldwide. This role combines external market influence with internal leadership, requiring close collaboration across regional teams to drive execution at scale. You will also act as a key voice in defining how agentic AI reshapes entertainment ecosystems. The environment is fast-moving, highly strategic, and centered on innovation, client impact, and global growth.
- Own and drive global revenue growth for the Entertainment vertical, setting and delivering annual and multi-year commercial targets aligned with executive leadership expectations.
- Develop and execute global go-to-market strategy in collaboration with regional Managing Directors, ensuring alignment between strategy and local execution.
- Build and maintain C-suite client relationships across media, streaming, gaming, sports, and live entertainment to generate pipeline and deepen strategic partnerships.
- Serve as executive sponsor for key Entertainment accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term client success.
- Lead the Entertainment operating model by aligning commercial, delivery, and capability teams while influencing resource allocation and investment priorities.
- Act as a global thought leader for the Entertainment industry, representing the organization in external forums, media, and strategic industry conversations.
- Champion Agentic AI adoption across Entertainment clients, shaping how autonomous systems transform customer experiences and business models.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Entertainment (media, streaming, gaming, live events, sports, or adjacent industries), ideally in consulting, digital transformation, or technology services environments.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and owning commercial outcomes at a global or multi-regional level.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Deep understanding of industry trends such as streaming economics, content monetization, audience engagement, and digital convergence.
- Practitioner-level fluency in AI, data, and digital transformation, with strong familiarity with agentic AI concepts and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in matrix organizations, influencing across regions and functions without direct authority.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and thought leadership capabilities, including public speaking or published industry contributions.
- Highly strategic yet execution-oriented mindset, with the ability to move seamlessly between vision-setting and hands-on deal support.
