Job Description

Group Product Manager, Point Solutions

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Group Product Manager, Point Solutions in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of product leadership, execution excellence, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-scaling SaaS environment. You will oversee a portfolio of lightweight but high-impact applications that extend a core platform used by utility organizations across North America and the Caribbean. The position requires strong leadership of Product Owners, ensuring alignment, clarity, and consistency across multiple agile teams. You will play a key role in structuring product practices, improving delivery efficiency, and strengthening discovery and execution processes. This is a highly hands-on leadership role where prioritization, trade-offs, and operational rigor are essential. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure product outcomes are aligned with customer needs and business strategy. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement and scalable product delivery.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, providing coaching, performance support, and clear direction across multiple product streams.
  • Oversee execution and delivery across several agile teams, ensuring consistency in discovery, prioritization, and delivery practices.
  • Coordinate dependencies and shared resources across product lines while maintaining alignment between engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive prioritization decisions and manage trade-offs to balance speed, quality, and business impact across competing initiatives.
  • Ensure strong product execution by helping structure epics, define outcomes, and maintain visibility into progress and risks.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and delivery success.
  • Support strategic alignment of product direction with customer needs, market trends, and broader organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, including progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring Product Owners in agile or SaaS environments.
  • Strong execution-oriented product mindset, with the ability to balance discovery, delivery, and operational excellence.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or software-driven organizations, ideally with multiple product lines or modular applications.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining structure, prioritization, and clarity.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to bring structure to fast-moving, complex, or less mature product environments.
  • Experience in customer-facing product contexts and familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
Benefits
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible hours across North America.
  • Competitive total compensation package with growth potential.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage from day one.
  • Generous paid time off and unlimited sick days for flexibility and recovery.
  • Retirement savings plans with employer matching (RRSP in Canada / 401k in the US).
  • Annual learning and development budget ($2,500), plus tuition assistance and book reimbursement programs.
  • Home office setup stipend ($800) and provided MacBook for work.
  • Regular company events, team offsites, and opportunities for in-person connection.
