This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of strategic partnerships, global business development, and technology alliances. You will be responsible for managing high-value OEM and ecosystem relationships that directly influence revenue growth, solution adoption, and market expansion. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies across global markets. You will act as a key connector between organizations, aligning business objectives, driving executive engagement, and ensuring successful partnership outcomes. Working in a highly visible and cross-functional environment, you will shape alliance strategy while also leading execution and governance. In this role, you will lead the development and management of strategic global alliances with OEMs and key technology partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue growth targets. You will act as a senior representative of the organization within partner ecosystems, driving collaboration, execution, and long-term value creation.
- Develop and manage strategic OEM and alliance partnerships, defining joint value propositions, governance models, and growth strategies
- Establish and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies including sell-to, sell-with, and co-development initiatives with global partners
- Drive revenue growth by building joint sales programs, expanding pipelines, and achieving shared KPI targets
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and strategic partners, ensuring alignment, communication, and consensus
- Lead executive-level relationship management and governance structures to support partnership success
- Analyze, track, and report on alliance performance, forecasting key metrics and identifying growth opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with partnership agreements and strategic commitments
- Build and lead high-performing virtual teams across regions to support alliance execution and collaboration
- Promote partner solutions and enablement offerings across internal global delivery teams
- Manage escalations, resolve partnership issues, and ensure continuity of collaboration
This role requires deep experience in strategic partnerships, business development, and enterprise-level alliance management, ideally within complex global technology environments. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic alliance management
- Proven experience managing OEM, technology, or global enterprise partnerships
- Strong background in contract negotiation, commercial agreements, and strategic planning
- Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding cross-functional or virtual teams
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to track performance, forecast outcomes, and optimize partnerships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management capabilities
- High level of autonomy, judgment, and problem-solving ability in complex situations
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship (current or future)
