We are looking for a Warehouse and Receiving Clerk to join our team. This person will report to the Controller

Essential Functions

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Ensure proper documentation and labeling of all received items.

Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.

Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Organize and store items in designated warehouse locations.

Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.

Prepare receiving reports, update inventory logs, and maintain records for audit and compliance purposes.

Communicate with vendors regarding delivery schedules, discrepancies, and returns.

Ensure all receiving and storage activities comply with internal controls, PGCB regulations, and safety protocols.

Work closely with Purchasing, Finance, and operational departments to support inventory needs and resolve issues.

Job Requirements

· Highschool Diploma or equivalent

· Valid PA Drivers License

· Must be able to be approved and maintain licensure by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board gaming.

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

· Able to perform repetitive motion tasks.

· Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
