• Run residential service calls (diagnose, repair, and maintain systems)
• Present good, better, best options to homeowners
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time
• Work on heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
• Stay efficient, organized, and customer-focused

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable presenting options and selling solutions
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Someone who wants to stay busy and make money
• Positive attitude and takes pride in their work
