About the Role:

The Installation Assistant works closely with lead installers and project managers to prepare sites, transport materials, and perform hands-on tasks that facilitate smooth installation processes. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential, as the role often involves working with tools, machinery, and technical components. Ultimately, the Installation Assistant helps to uphold the company’s reputation by ensuring that every installation meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in installation, construction, or a related field.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in installation environments.
