Fox Toyota Lexus of El Paso is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our Parts Department. This role is ideal for someone with dealership or automotive experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive daily parts shipments and verify quantities and condition
• Inspect incoming freight for damage or discrepancies
• Scan, file, and maintain receiving and special-order documentation
• Stage and notify Parts Counter staff of special-order arrivals
• Process parts returns (warranty, cores, damage, cycle counts)
• Prepare documentation for freight claims and credits
• Maintain organized stockroom and inventory areas
• Assist with loading, staging, and parts organization
• Provide backup coverage for parts delivery drivers as needed, including driving dealership vehicles
• Safely operate material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time position
• 5-day workweek (8 hours per day) Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Saturday availability may be required
• Schedule assigned by management based on business needs

Qualifications

• Previous dealership or automotive parts department experience strongly preferred
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations
• Forklift certification or experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable providing backup delivery driving when needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background check, MVR, drug test)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift parts materials up to 75 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Work in a warehouse/parts receiving environment with moderate noise
• Comfort working around moving equipment and delivery vehicles
