Warehouse Clerk at Sparrow Company LLC – El Paso, Texas

Sparrow Company is searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and reporting
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred but not required
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
