Director, Product Development & Marketing in New York, New York at AKDO

AKDO is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Product Development & Marketing to lead our product vision, drive innovation, and elevate our brand across all channels.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping product strategy, overseeing development from concept to launch, and driving integrated marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and brand differentiation.

This is a fully onsite role based in either Bridgeport, CT or New York, NY.

• Define and execute product and marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead product development across categories from concept through launch
• Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, events, and sales channels
• Analyze performance data to optimize product portfolio and marketing ROI
• Partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Executive Leadership to drive results
• Lead and develop a high-performing Product Development and Marketing team

• 8+ years of experience in product development and marketing
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
• Experience working with tile, stone, or similar hard surface, building materials, or design-driven products strongly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
