Job Description
Job Summary:The Junior Product Owner (JPO) plays a pivotal role within the Product Team, in orchestrating the end-to-end stakeholder engagement journey. This role goes beyond simple project monitoring; the Jr. PO is an active participant in the strategic alignment phase—from identifying strategic cooperation points and defining the product scope to deep-dive business analysis and requirement definition. The Jr. PO acts as a strategic bridge, ensuring that high-level cooperation goals are translated into seamless digital features while maintaining operational excellence and high engagement standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications: Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related Field
- 0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Graduate of AUC, GUC, Cairo University, or an equivalent accredited international institution.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, Asana, or Power BI is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with multiple stakeholders.
- High level of organization, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and handle dynamic project environments.
- Previous internship or extracurricular involvement in logistics, technology, consulting, or project management.
- Exposure to digital transformation, e-Government, trade facilitation, or supply chain digitization projects is an asset.
- Proactive, dependable, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Demonstrates teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
