Location: Onsite (Tallahassee, FL).
Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

Project Scope: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Government/Federal.

You will bridge the gap between initial project concepts and field execution, learning the foundational skills of electrical estimating and project coordination. This role is a perfect entry point for a motivated self-starter looking to transition into the professional office and administrative side of the electrical industry.
How You Will Make an ImpactAssist senior estimators in calculating material, labor, and equipment costs for various projects.
Coordinate project schedules and documentation to ensure field teams have the information they need.
Review architectural blueprints and technical specifications to identify project requirements.
Maintain organized project files and databases to track bid statuses and active contract milestones.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing for specialized electrical components.
Support the administrative workflow of the Field Operations department to streamline project delivery.
Analyze project data to help identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional office or construction-related environment.
High School Diploma or GED.
Basic foundational knowledge of electrical systems or a strong desire to learn the trade.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and a high degree of organizational skill.
Prior experience working as a field apprentice or in a hands-on electrical capacity.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative on tasks with minimal direct supervision.
Familiarity with reading basic construction plans or electrical schematics.
