Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Technical Training Administrator to join our team in Surrey, BC. This role will report to the Technical Support Manager and will play a key role in ensuring our training systems, records, and processes run smoothly while providing support to external dealers, and external field technicians.

Full Time - 1 year contract with possibility of extension

This is a 100% on-site position

Key Responsibilities

Technical Training Administration

  • Manage the back-end administration of external training programs, including scheduling sessions, maintaining calendars, and coordinating logistics.
  • Coordinate and support the deployment of training for dealers and field technicians, including technical training sessions, product training, and certification requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and dealer/technician certification and compliance tracking.
  • Support onboarding by coordinating training plans and ensuring completion of required courses.
  • Upload, assign, and track training.

Systems & Data Management

  • Ensure training data is accurate and up to date in all systems and trackers.
  • Generate regular reports on training completion, compliance, and participation.
  • Identify gaps in records and follow up with and managers as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement of training processes and administrative workflows.

Communication & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for training-related inquiries for external dealers.
  • Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups to participants and facilitators.
  • Support external dealers with tracking training requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Certification

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or training coordination role preferred.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
