Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing core accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and demonstrated leadership abilities to support operational excellence and financial accuracy.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive process improvements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar)
• Prior experience mentoring or supervising staff
