About the Role:

The Retail Millwork Sales position is focused on driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling millwork products to retail customers across the Region. This role requires a deep understanding of millwork materials, applications, and customer needs to provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between the company and retail clients, ensuring product knowledge is communicated clearly and sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with internal teams such as production, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service. Ultimately, the position aims to expand the company’s market presence and strengthen relationships within the retail millwork sector through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional client engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Experience related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the millwork, building materials, or retail industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customer groups.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing customer information and sales data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in retail millwork sales or a related building materials sector.
  • Knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry, or construction processes to better advise customers.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
