Role Description
Are you a Board-Certified Physician who thrives at the intersection of acute care and population health? We are actively seeking a high-caliber clinician to join our premier Pembroke Pines Urgent Care Center. The primary responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in urgent care and occupational health settings. The physician will perform medical evaluations, provide health promotion advice, and ensure adherence to patient care standards while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Exceptional patient care and maintaining clear communication with patients and team members are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Health practices and general Medicine
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure patient-centered care
- Experience and capability in delivering Health Promotion and preventive care initiatives
- Active medical license in the state of Florida
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine is preferred
- DOT Certification preferred
- Experience with eClinicalWorks a plus
- Commitment to adhering to high clinical and ethical standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced clinical environment
