Ready to thrive in our dynamic environment?As a Facility Operations & Care Associate, youll play a pivotal role in ensuring facility cleanliness, keeping ourkitchens running smoothly, and delivering top-notch service to our partners and customers. Youll handle a mix of operational, administrative, and cleaning tasks that keep our facilities safe, functional, and efficient.
We are looking for team members to specifically work early morning hours starting at 4:30am on the weekends.
About the Role:
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks, maintaining high cleanliness standards across shared kitchens, restrooms, and common areas.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance and a safe work environment
- Handle admin duties, maintain clean facilities, and be the go-to problem solver
- Create a community bridge between CloudKitchens, restaurant partners, and drivers
- Organize and transport food orders with accurate scanning and smart handoffs.
- Looking for team members who can work early mornings and on the weekends.
What You'll Do:
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks using advanced cleaning equipment and methods to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the facility. This includes weekly cleaning of commercial hood filters, oil caddies/tanks, and regular cleaning of restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
- Retrieve orders from kitchens to central processing.
- Provide outstanding service to the facility team, restaurant customers, and drivers.
- Be the reliable face of our business.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs.
- Previous experience in cleaning, sanitation, or customer service roles, preferably in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Independent problem-solving ability.
- Effective communication skills in person and electronically.
- Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

- Job Type: both Part-time and FTE
- Pay: $18.50/hour
- Locations: Beverly Bites
- Experience: None required - but Janitorial experience is preferred.
- Shift Availability:We are specifically looking for team members who can start at 4:30am for our opening shift on the weekends.
- Work Location: In person
- Expected Hours: from 15h/week to FTE (40h/week)

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
