What You Will Be Doing

You will serve as the on-site leader, ensuring projects are executed flawlessly from the rough framing to the final trim:

• Site Leadership: Direct and confidently supervise crew members and subcontractors on daily job site activities, logistics, and timelines.

• The Craftsmanship: Lead by exampleperform expert-level framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks alongside your team.

• Project Execution: Accurately interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and job specifications to ensure all work meets our elite quality standards.

• Communication: Serve as the bridge between the field and the office. Proactively communicate progress, updates, and site needs to project managers and clients.

• Mentorship: Train, mentor, and elevate less experienced team members.

• Administration & Safety: Maintain detailed documentation and daily reports, identify and resolve job site issues proactively, and maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated residential carpentry experience is strictly required.

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading construction crews, managing job site logistics, and mentoring junior carpenters.

• Technical Mastery: A strong, comprehensive understanding of wood and metal framing, flawless finish carpentry, and modern remodeling practices.

• Blueprint Proficiency: Highly proficient in reading and interpreting complex construction drawings and plans.

• Mindset & Communication: Detail-oriented with excellent communication and team leadership skills. You take immense pride in high-quality workmanship.

• Physical Capabilities: Able to lift, carry, and safely work with heavy construction materials and power tools.

• Licensure & Education: A valid Drivers License and reliable transportation are required. High School diploma or GED is preferred.
