Robert J McCabe Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Framing & Finish Carpenter to join our growing field operations team. In this hands-on role, you will tackle everything from structural framing to the final, meticulous finish work. You will be a critical part of our field team, ensuring high-quality execution from the rough framing to the final trim:

• The Craftsmanship: Perform expert-level framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks on residential job sites.

• Precision Installation: Skillfully install doors, windows, custom cabinetry, intricate trim, and other high-end finish elements.

• Plan Execution: Read and accurately interpret blueprints, construction plans, and sketches to ensure precise execution on every build.

• Site Management: Safely operate hand and power tools while ensuring the absolute cleanliness and organization of the job site.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with crew members, subcontractors, and leadership to complete assignments on schedule and with a high level of quality.

• Safety First: Strictly comply with all company and OSHA safety standards at all times.

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on, professional carpentry experience is highly preferred (specifically in both rough framing and finish work).

• Technical Skills: The proven ability to read and follow construction plans, alongside high proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.

• The Details: An uncompromising attention to detail and a true passion for quality craftsmanship.

• Physical Capabilities: Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor safely in varying site conditions.

• Licensure: A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are strictly required.

• Mindset & Education: Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a High School diploma or GED (preferred).
