About This Opportunity
Operate and set up CNC press brake machinery to fabricate metal parts according to specifications. Read blueprints, monitor quality, and ensure production of accurate parts.
Bonus Opportunity
- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Assignment Details
Pay: $17-$20/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Mon-Thurs 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM- 12:00 PM
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Start: ASAP
Pre Employment Requirements
- Drug Screen Required
- Background Check Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Client Interview Required
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press break machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Manufacture parts to specification
- Perform quality checks using measuring equipment
- Monitor production for consistency and defects
- Complete work orders and track production output
- Support general fabrication and production needs
Work Environment and Dress Code
- Casual but appropriate for manufacturing environment
- Steel-toed boots
- CNC press brake experience (required)
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience with measuring tools
- Manufacturing or metal fabrication background
Preferred Requirements
- Forklift experience a plus (can be certified on-site)
- Ability to work independently or on a team
