About This Position

Easton Electronics, a leader in world-class service, testing and maintenance of fire protection systems for over 40 years, is currently seeking licensed Fire Alarm Technicians to join our team. We specialize in providing fire protection systems and services to customers in the central and eastern Massachusetts area. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems and related equipment in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications.
2. Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot and diagnose fire alarm systems and provide necessary repairs and upgrades.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
4. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in fire alarm technology and industry standards.
SKILLS/LICENSING:
1. A current A, B, C or D electrical or systems technician license in the state of Massachusetts (Required)
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems. (Required)
3. Knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including NFPA 72 and Massachusetts building codes.
4. Ability to troubleshoot fire alarm systems.
5. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
7. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (Required)
