We have an exciting opportunity for a State Manager VIC/TAS to join our team located in Derrimut, Victoria.

Your new role:

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be managing a team of 21 staff (sales executives, project and customer service staff and warehouse staff) and contractors, providing exceptional customer service, staff leadership, EBIT target achievement, managing the complete regional operations of EzyStrut VIC/TAS, and development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.

As the State Manager VIC/TAS you will maintain and build our project and sales pipeline for both states, including being the primary sales contact for large scale projects and customers.

You will bring:

• A proven record of success in sales and sales management
• Leadership experience in sales/operations environments
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and proficient technical skills
• Experience in managing / expediting commercial supply contracts
• Business acumen
• Experience dealing with wholesalers, contractors, and distributors within the electrical, trade, mechanical or similar industries (highly regarded)
• The demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Sound understanding of and commitment to workplace health and safety standards including safety leadership experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
