Founders 3 is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. You would join the team at the The District Apartments in West Bend, WI. If you are looking for a growing company that invests in its employees, then Founders 3 is the place for you.

Maintenance Technicians play a proactive role in the customer service provided to our clients. We ask our Maintenance team members to have a practical mind and keen attention to details as they develop and execute preventative maintenance plans.

Areas of responsibility include:

• Maintain plumbing, heating, alarm systems and in some cases automated building systems
• Complete manual repairs such as fixing locks, replacing windows, minor plumbing and electrical
• Conduct general property upkeep including: property walks, landscaping, pest control, painting and light carpentry
• Perform property inspections and upkeep
• Prepare building or property reports on computer or tablet

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ facilities maintenance, construction or trade experience
• General mechanical ability
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• A team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to succeed
• Willingness to teach and be taught
• Great customer service skills and follow through
• In good physical condition and have the strength to perform duties essential to perform the job requirements
• Valid Drive License required
