We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Therapists to join our team and help drive meaningful change in the lives of those we serve.
Position Summary: Therapist
The Clinician/Therapist is responsible for overseeing and providing treatment for a caseload of clients and families being served by our Home and Community Treatment and Outpatient programs. Therapeutic services are provided in-home, in-office, and via telehealth to ensure accessible and flexible care.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized, client-centered treatment plans, and collaborating closely with Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) to support families in achieving their mental health goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic services in both in-home and office-based settings, as well as via telehealth
- Oversee and provide treatment for a caseload of clients and families in the Home and Community Treatment and Outpatient programs
- Develop and implement individualized, client-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate and support BHPs in providing services to families
- Identify and connect clients with appropriate community-based resources
Required Credentials (must hold at least one):
- LCSW
- LMSW-cc
- LMFT
- LMFT-c
- LCPC
- LCPC-c
