Join the KidsPeace Team!
Location: Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote

Important Note About Work Location:

  • Our students require a wide variety of speech intervention including hi-tech AAC. A Remote Therapist would require extensive knowledge of AAC in order to be considered.

  • Remove therapist must be fully licensed with CCCs

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services
  • Support low and high-tech AAC systems
  • Integrate communication strategies into school environments
  • Maintain detailed session documentation
  • Monitor progress and complete quarterly updates
  • Contribute to report cards and progress reports
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
  • Train and support staff and caregivers

Position Details

  • 12-month, full-time position with Monday through Friday, daytime hours
  • Consistent, year-round employment
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Remote clinicians receive full technology and onboarding support
  • AAC tools and learning opportunities readily available

Requirements

  • Fully licensed SLP or Clinical Fellow in the state of Maine
  • Strong team collaborator committed to high-quality, compassionate care
  • Experience with moderate to severe communication needs is preferred and required for remote work
