Join the Bethany Team Job Title: Resident Associate or CNA at RCAC Pines Compensation: $17.25 + Shift Differential Shifts Available: • PM: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM _____________________________________ The Opportunity Residential Aide, you play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities span nursing-related tasks, housekeeping, laundry, and resident activities, all delivered with respect, compassion, and a commitment to maintaining independence and dignity. You will support residents based on their individual care plans, helping them meet their physical, emotional, and social needs in a homelike setting.
