Reports To: Assistant Portfolio Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

•Generate interest in available units by creatively showcasing community features and benefits.

•Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents.

•Confidently present value propositions to prospects and close the lease.

•Manage the entire leasing process, including applications, screenings, and lease signings.

•Partner with property management team members to ensure great curb appeal and resident experience.

•Work with leadership team to develop and implement innovative leasing and marketing strategies.

•Assist with advertising campaigns, online listings, and social media outreach to drive traffic.

•Monitor market trends and competitor activity, bringing forward fresh ideas to maintain a competitive edge.

•Provide interdepartmental coverage as needed and consistent service.

Qualifications:

•1–2 years of leasing or sales experience preferred.

•Proven ability to meet and exceed leasing or sales goals.

•Strong sales and closing skills, with a track record of high performance.

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

•Creative thinker who can adapt strategies to connect with a wide range of prospects.

•High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, real estate, correlated field preferred.
