Service and Install Coordinator at DeWaard & Bode – Bellingham, Washington

DeWaard & Bode, Whatcom, and Skagit counties' largest, local appliance and mattress retailer is hiring!

Our growing business is seeking a Full-time Service Coordinator/Writer. If you are a positive, friendly, and personable individual who enjoys working with other people, we have an opening for you. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Providing positive front-line contact over the phone with our customers to troubleshoot their service and maintenance needs
- Determining and resolving customer needs
- Keeping organized and accurate records
- Coordinating service and repair appointments
- Communicate daily with technicians and customers to solve problems
- Perform follow up calls and emails

Compensation for this position starts at $22/hour. Wage Rate is $22-28.

Qualifications:

High school diploma
Proficiency with common office and productivity software
Must be willing to undergo a drug screening and background check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
