** SIGNAL INTEGRITY (SI) APPLICATIONS ENGINEER **

1. Perform component and system simulations; translate results into clear customerfacing insights.
2. Build and maintain customer simulation kits and supporting files; ensure versioning/traceability in appropriate/approved systems.
3. Create demo/channel concatenation reports, including assumptions, stitch rules, and performance expectations.
4. Author or contribute to application notes/white papers and training materials.
5. Prepare BOR packages and collaborate with layout/SI teams to support launches and correlation.
6. Own platform standards and governance for analysis/correlation; approve highimpact deliverables.
7. Define KPIs/dashboards and coach teams to improve quality, cycle time, and reuse.
8. Mentor staff/senior engineers; drive crossBU enablement and multisite alignment.

1. 15 years of relevant SI applications experience.
2. Deep understanding/approves analysis/correlation standards and governance across sites.
3. Defines KPIs/dashboards for analysis quality, cycle time, and reuse; influences investment plans.
4. Leads platform collateral strategy (reference channels, playbooks, training curricula).
5. Partners with standards bodies and participates in customer/industry forums as appropriate.

1. Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related subject is required.
2. Masters Degree is preferred.
