Pilates Instructor at Ladgov Corporation – Ramstein-Miesenbach, Rheinland-Pfalz

Job Type: Contract / Part-Time
Job Location: Ramstein and Vogelweh Fitness Centers, KMC – Germany

The candidate shall have in minimum:

• A valid Pilates Instructor certification or equivalent non-U.S. certification translated to English.

• A Primary Group Exercise certification (ACE, NASM, or NETA).

• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.

• Solid understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and core strength training.

The candidate must:

• Conduct Pilates classes focusing on body alignment, controlled movements, and breathing.

• Teach participants to strengthen core muscles, improve balance, and develop flexibility.

• Provide modifications for all skill levels to ensure safety.

• Prepare, set up, and return all class materials and equipment.

• Keep class records and report attendance and performance feedback.
